Come Undone - Duran Duran
O rapaz responsável pelo meu contato com essa música depois de uma década (no mínimo) já classificou-a como "UM FADO BEM TINHOSO". Maior banda de metal dos anos 80 e 90, o Duran Duran tem uma LEVADA LOUCA toda peculiar, que faz com que as canções te obriguem a dançar, mesmo a contragosto.
Mas essa Come Undone realmente passa dos limites. Eu ouço a banda de vez em quando, cantarolo junto e ensaio alguma dança nervosa. Até aí tudo bem. Só que escutar essa faixa que estava hibernando na mente foi demais pra mim.
"Words, play me déjà vu..."
Parte do disco conhecido como The Wedding Album, de 1993, ela é uma aula de suíngue. Começando com a guitarra, pura malemolência. A batida é poderosa, daquelas que te fazem levantar da cadeira na firma e sacolejar pelos corredores, sem exagero algum.
Quando entra a MULHER EM CHAMAS (GALERA, Bruno) então, é impossível permanecer parado. É ela que canta Can't ever keep from falling apart at the seams/Cannot believe, you're taking my heart to pieces, mas sou eu que rasgo o meu peito com um estilete a cada intervenção da moça. É uma música e tanto. Infelizmente.
